Renting Process in Orange County

  • As a tenant our rental services are completely FREE for you! We have an entire rental team that is set up to serve you 7 days a week! The rental process includes but is not limited to the following:

    Property Search

    We set you up on your own FREE customized property search. This wonderful service updates numerous times daily with the new rental listings that come onto the market place. You can write notes for each property, save any properties to your own favorite list, and request showings by pressing one button!

    Showing of properties

    As long as we receive 24hrs notice from you, we can show any privately owned condo or house that is listed for rent on the MLS. Once of our experienced and trained rental agents will accompany you on every property showing. This is also FREE for all tenants!

    Preparation of Application Package

    We will walk you through step by step on the entire application package and the documents that are needed. We will also pull your credit report as long as you are 18 yrs of age and older. The cost for this is $20 per person.

    Review of Lease contract and disclosure

    Once your application package has been fully approved, we will review the lease contract and disclosures with you to make sure everything is correct. Then once everything is initialed and signed we will guide you in the move in process and transfer of keys.

    Once you are moved into your new home

    We will continue to keep in consistent communication to update you on the local market.
